I got started in bathtub refinishing in 2017 by accident, after a friend who managed an apartment complex mentioned how difficult it was to find a good refinishing contractor. She said, “these refinishing companies come in and spray our tubs with cheap paint that sometimes last 6 months before they start to peel.” She also mentioned how the tenants complained of the harsh chemical smells that were being vented out onto the property and into occupied units, sometimes for days.
Another of her concerns was the quality of the work and how unsightly the tubs looked after they were completed. In most cases the workmanship was less than professional and the tubs looked dull. So, I set out on a mission to help her. I did some research and found a solution to her problems. I was so impressed with what I had found that I quit my job and started Pour It On.
